Our Mission
Chatter Genius, by Codex Labs Corp, turns every call, text, and email into a compliant, insight-rich conversation. Our platform applies real-time AI guardrails to help prevent material non-public information (MNPI) leakage and HR policy violations, then delivers actionable analytics and audit-ready records so teams move faster—with less admin work.

Our Story
We founded Chatter Genius to make regulated communications safe by design. Drawing on deep experience in voice, messaging, and enterprise software, we built a single product that pairs real-time AI with clear governance—so teams can move quickly, prove compliance, and improve outcomes with data.
From Vision to Company
Chatter Genius exists to bring compliant, intelligent corporate communications to the enterprise. Our mission and values are codified around security, audit-ready operations, and measurable impact—built for regulated teams that need speed without risking MNPI or HR policy breaches.

Architecture & Build
We establish a scalable, modular blueprint and move into implementation: a responsive web console, RS256 identity, a control plane for users, roles, and AI assistants, real-time conversations across phone/SMS/email, post-interaction analytics, and usage-based billing.
Control Plane & Compliance Baseline
Core services go live for real environments—authentication, user/role management, and virtual-employee provisioning. With design partners, we validate enterprise guardrails: RBAC, API-keyed service endpoints, rate limiting, audit trails, and CORS/trusted hosts—locking in the governance layer for scale.

Alpha with Design Partners
Our first full platform release enters alpha. Design partners run end-to-end workflows—authentication, provisioning, conversation execution, analytics, and usage-based billing. We calibrate model choices and thresholds, harden reliability across datastores and queues, and validate policy enforcement in live scenarios.
Early Access Launch
Chatter Genius opens to a limited cohort. Early Access includes production-readiness checks, guided implementation, and priority support. Teams pilot compliant, real-time conversations with analytics for intent, sentiment, and conversions—plus transparent, usage-based billing for controlled rollout.
